What is phlegm ?
Phlegm is a liquid secreted by the mucous membrane of mammals present in the back side of throat. Phlegm is produced by body cells of mucus membrane in the tract of respiratory system and throat passage of tract. Phlegm is a semi liquid fluid in the lower tract of respiratory system consist of gel type of fluid which Is present in black, green, brown, green in colour with respect to health condition of person and it's generating process is common in all peoples but it continues present in tract means person suffering from any illness and it's physical condition is sick while in healthy men condition it's having clear colourless form of fluid. In unhealthy person the phlegm is produced thick and blackish form in colour with facing throat tract related problem with difficult to extract phlegm form body due to its thick layer of fluids.

- Avoid alcohol and caffeine : Due to drinking of alcohol and caffeine content liquids may gets more amount of thick layers of phlegm is generated and it's frequently increases its amount and person feels sweety and gel in the tract of thorat and mucus content is also more as compared to other fluids.
- Drinks hot water : hot water drinking gets free passage of throat tract and its rapidly brakes the mucus structure present in tract passage due to this reason it's beneficial for preventing too much phlegm in body.
- Takes hot steam and hot water shower : Hot water steam and shower clears the rate and air of breath through nasal passages and avoid mucus to forming phlegm due to passing of hot and clear air of breath in body from nasal region.
- Honey mix water : In the morning time the phlegm is present in the tract path and at that time we extract from body through mouth.
