In India from last 5 to 10 years the ratio or percentage of pre-age death rising continuously due to heart related issue like Cardio-vascular disease (CVD), Atherosclerosis (Cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels), Hypertension, Coronary thrombosis (Heart attack) and Cerebrovascular accident (Stroke) etc. According to survey basis in India their was 30 million patients whose suffers from heart related problems and due to Cardio-vascular disease 3 million peoples die every year. The death rise in India by 35% due to heart attack and stroke problems. If we don't taking preventive action against this in future time means in 2020 year the numerical values of deaths due to heart attack surpass the 3 million and this is really in abundant numbers to others country peoples compare.

Some symptoms that many peoples report ;
  • Severe chest pain      
  • Breathlessness
  • Nausea
  • Restlessness
  • Vomiting
  • Pain in left side of chest, shoulder and upper abdomen side

Causes

  1. Atherosclerosis:  It is most common type of cardio-vascular disease caused due to deposition of calcium salts or cholesterol in the walls of the blood vessels.

  2. Hypertension: hypertension cause due to arteriosclerosis, obesity, being over weight, anxiety and physical, mental stress etc. 
  3. Heart attack (Coronary thrombosis): It involves the formation of a blood clot called thrombus in the coronary artery. There is zero blood flow that's why function of the the cardiac muscle are not sustained at that situation heart attack occurs and also called as myocardial infarction.
  4. Stroke (Cerebrovascular accident): occurs due to obstraction to blood circulation to the brain which may due to arteriosclerosis or thrombosis or spasmodic contraction in body.
  5. Modern lifestyle: Lack of exercise, fast-food consumption, lack of sleep, stress, use of refined oils, fatty product consumption etc.

Ischemic heart disease  an stroke are predominant causes and responsible for 80% cardio-vascular disease effected death in India.
According to the Indian heart association 50% of heart attacks in Indian men occurs under age of 50-55 years and 25% under age of 45 year. The risk of heart attack climbs for men after age of 45-50 and for women age 50-55 year. In 21st century the risk of heart attacks climbs very early of mid age of human being so for preventing purpose we take following actions in daily lifestyle to maintain heart properly with regular blood circulation all over the body parts.

Preventive against heart disease

  • Replace junk food with plenty of green vegetables
  • Increase protein rich diet & Salad 
  • Avoid tension, Overwork & Strain 
  • Avoid cholesterol rich diet which having saturated fats
  • Avoid smoking, alcohol drinking and drug addiction
  • Maintain balance life style with time management for work schedule with physical exercise which beneficial for healthy life.
  • Yoga is best for physically and spiritually stay healthy and happy .
